Dining at Anamaya
Three restaurants. Three states of being.
From the ceremony of a tasting menu at the water's edge to the ritual of a slow garden breakfast, food at Anamaya is less about eating and more about inhabiting the day with pleasure.
Fine Dining at the Water's Edge
Azul
Dinner: 18:30 – 22:30
At Azul, dinner is an experience measured in hours, not minutes. Our open-air dining pavilion floats above the lagoon — the lights of the resort reflected in the dark water below. Chef Ravi Menan's tasting menu moves through the ocean's seasons: raw, cured, grilled, smoked, always precise and never predictable.
“We source from the sea around us, from island farms within fifty kilometres, and from the relationships our team has cultivated over decades. Nothing reaches your plate without intention.”
Signature Dishes
Garden Breakfast & Relaxed Lunch
Bloom
Breakfast: 07:00–11:00 · Lunch: 12:00–15:00
Amid a living canopy of ferns, palms, and climbing jasmine, Bloom is the resort's morning gathering place. Long tables encourage the slow, conversation-filled breakfasts that holiday memories are made of. Freshly baked breads, tropical fruit carved tableside, juices pressed to order.
“Bloom celebrates the discipline of simplicity. Every item on the menu is something done exceptionally well — a philosophy that extends from the sourdough to the eggs benedict to the freshly squeezed watermelon juice.”
Signature Dishes
Beach Bar & Sunset Cocktails
Tide
Daily: 11:00 – 23:00
When the sun begins its descent, Tide becomes the island's gathering place. Barefoot in the sand, cocktail in hand, watching the sky change colour above the Indian Ocean. Our bar team crafts drinks that lean tropical and local — herbs from the resort garden, fruit from the island, rum and spirits from the region.
“Good conversation deserves great drinks. We take cocktails seriously so you don't have to.”
