MANUEL MARKET WANTS MORE PHILIPPINE PRODUCTS AND FILIPINO WORKERS

(15 July 2019, Jeddah) CEO and Co-Founder of Manuel Market, Mr. Khalid Al Darwish, paid a courtesy call on Consul General Edgar B. Badajos to introduce himself and his company. Manuel Market is one of the top retailers in Saudi Arabia with seven (7) branches in Jeddah and one (1) in Jubail.

During the meeting, Mr. Darwish expressed interest to bring in more Philippine products to Saudi Arabia and to hire more Filipino workers in line with Manuel Market’s plans to expand its supermarket operations in the Kingdom. The supermarket chain is poised to open three (3) new branches in Riyadh and two additional branches in Jeddah in the coming months, he added.
