One ofy favorite supermarkets along with Danube. Their cakes in the bakery section is very good. I like that they have a section of imported foods, as well. This branch has two openings, one to the street and one to Heraa mall. So it's convenient whether you come from the mall or directly from the street.read more

The mall itself & Manuel super market fulfill the purpose of a neighbourhood mall. However a bad experience at the Manuel supermarket's payment counter ; I bought hot plate and a kettle was free along with it but I was charged for both items separately with regular prices. I pointed out the mistake and it was fixed but the the original receipt was not given back to me (I asked for it and they said they need it for their records). I couldn't see if I was charged for the other discounted items in a similar wayread more

The supermarket is well located inside haifa mall, well organized, the shelfs are well distributed. Almost all the needs are available. Lot of organic items and products. The bakery is wonderful with lot of choices and the prices are very reasonable. The cheese and cold meats is nice with huge selection. I didn't try the butcher shop they have but it looks clean. Being a supermarket retail professional, here is my analysis 1. Brutal prices, very expensive than any other market in Riyadh. Why green leaves SR 1.20? Every supermarket selling SR 0.95 or SR 1. Many common things very expensive. This science will result in your failure in Riyadh. Change the pricing scientist... 2. Very expensive weekly offers, its a big joke. Not a single item has good offer... Hello wake up its not Jeddah, its Riyadh... Throat killing competition in Riyadh. 3. Meat department has no variety, no asian meat, no camel, no fresh goat or lamb meat. 4. Staff not well trained. I Like about Manuel 1. Luxury retail concept, displays, impression. i like. 2.
